"Fantastic Technical Support"
Fantastic technical support. Probably the best among the prop firms I’ve worked with so far. Professional, precise, fast, but above all, honest. I had an issue with a data feed misalignment, and they refunded the value of the loss-making trade on the very same day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I have to pay for the datafeed?
Real-time market data from CME, NYMEX, COMEX, and CBOT exchanges is licensed content. CME Group charges every end user for access to their live price feeds. This applies whether you trade through a prop firm, a retail broker, or an institutional setup.
When you pay for the data feed at Savius, the fee goes to our provider (DxFeed through Volumetrica), who pays CME Group directly. We do not mark up or profit from this charge these are the standard rates set by the exchanges.
“But prop firm xyz doesn’t ask me to pay for the datafeed”:
False: Most prop firms hid the datafeed costs behind a monthly recurring fee during the evaluation phase (with simulated data included), then make you pay an activation fee once you pass, and from that point forward, you pay the exchange data fees on your own anyway.
We keep our challenge pricing fixed and transparent, so you know exactly what you’re paying for at each stage.
Where can I download my invoice?
You can download your invoice from the Orders Management section in your dashboard.
Path: Dashboard → Orders → Orders Management
I just bought a challenge but I don't see the invoice. Is it normal?
Yes, it’s normal. Invoices become available for download 2 weeks after your order.
After 2 weeks, you’ll find the downloadable invoice in the Orders Management section.
If the invoice is not available after 2 weeks, open a support ticket.
Why is my challenge purchased on the 25th of the month not active yet?
All challenges purchased from the 25th of the current month until month end are activated on the 1st of the following month to guarantee you always receive 30 full days of free datafeed.
The reason: Datafeed has a fixed monthly validity (from the 1st to the last day of the month), not from purchase date. If we activated your challenge on the 28th, the datafeed would still expire on the 31st, giving you only 3 days of use.
Activation dates:
- Purchase from 1st to 24th: Immediate activation
- Purchase from 25th to month end: Automatic activation on the 1st of next month
This Savius policy protects you from having to pay for a new datafeed just days after purchase, ensuring maximum value.
If I have 3 challenges, do I need to pay for 3 data feeds?
No, the data feed is charged per user. You only need to pay once a month, and it covers all the challenges you own.
Is it mandatory to request a payout once the requirements are met?
No, requesting a payout is not mandatory even when all requirements have been met. You can choose when to request your payout based on your personal trading strategy and financial goals.
How many payouts can I request in a month?
There is no monthly limit on payout requests. The only restriction is the maximum of 3 active funded challenges and 3 consecutive payouts per challenge before Live transition. You can request payouts on any day of the month, provided all requirements are met.
How do I request a payout?
- Ensure all requirements are met through your dashboard
- Submit your payout request
- Once approved, payments are processed through our provider, RISE
- You must register with RISE’s system and complete their KYC (Know Your Customer) verification
Important: KYC verification is mandatory with no exceptions. Traders who do not complete all RISE-required procedures will not receive profit share payments.
How long does it take to receive my payout?
Standard processing time: 72 Hours (weekends/holidays excluded)
Note: If your payout is flagged for review, it might take more than 72 hours to finalize the payment.
What happens after 3 consecutive payouts?
After achieving 3 consecutive payouts with the same account, the trader becomes eligible for transition to a Live Account.
The transition is not automatic. Before proceeding, the trader will go through a verification process, which may include a review of trading logs and a call with our team. The purpose of this step is to assess the trader’s approach, consistency, and overall readiness for live-market trading. If the outcome is positive, the trader is then put in contact with the administration to discuss and define the terms of the Live Account.
*Note: The decision to migrate a trader to a Live Account is made solely at the discretion of Savius. Our team may initiate the transition before the third consecutive payout, or following payouts across different accounts, if the trader’s performance demonstrates a consistent edge on the markets. There is no single threshold that determines migration. Our team reviews trader performance holistically to assess readiness for live-market trading.*
How is the Live Account funded?
Each trader receives a guaranteed minimum live capital (Base Funding) determined by their previous demo account type:
- $25,000 account: $2,000 base
- $50,000 account: $3,000 base
- $100,000 account: $4,000 base
- $150,000 account: $4,000 base
- $300,000 account: $4,000 base
On top of this base, the trader can increase their live capital by choosing to take reduced payouts during the funded cycles. Each funded cycle has a minimum payout of $250 and a maximum payout that depends on the account type:
- $25,000 account: $1,000 max per cycle
- $50,000 account: $1,500 max per cycle
- $100,000 account: $2,000 max per cycle
- $150,000 account: $2,500 max per cycle
- $300,000 account: $4,000 max per cycle
The difference between the maximum payout and the payout actually requested by the trader is retained as a buffer and added to the live capital. Over 3 cycles, by requesting only the minimum payout ($250) each cycle, the maximum additional live capital a trader can accumulate is:
- $25,000 account: up to $1,984.50 additional (live capital up to $3,984.50)
- $50,000 account: up to $3,307.50 additional (live capital up to $6,307.50)
- $100,000 account: up to $4,630.50 additional (live capital up to $8,630.50)
- $150,000 account: up to $5,953.50 additional (live capital up to $9,953.50)
- $300,000 account: up to $9,922.50 additional (live capital up to $13,922.50)
Note: The buffer retained from reduced payouts is subject to the standard 90% profit share and a 2% commission deduction. The figures above reflect the net amount credited to live capital after both deductions.
The actual funding amount, the scaling plan, and the risk management parameters required to maintain the account are discussed and agreed upon directly with the administration during the account setup process. Each case is handled individually, based on the trader’s track record and the outcome of the verification process.
Live Account Conditions
No profit target. No consistency rule. No payout cap. No time limit. Trading during news is allowed. Bi-weekly payouts on a 80/20 split.
Each Live Account is assigned a dedicated risk manager. The risk manager may provide specific directives regarding maximum position sizes depending on market conditions, as well as other risk parameters to be observed during trading. These directives are binding: continued failure to comply with the risk manager’s instructions may result in the suspension and liquidation of the account.
Important: Once you move to a Live Account, you cannot purchase new Instant Funded challenges.
What happens after each payout cycle?
First Cycle:
- Start with initial balance
- Reach target
- Request payout
- Amount is withdrawn from challenge
Second Cycle:
- Static DD = Starting balance + $1
- Target = New starting balance + Target value
- Request payout
- Amount is withdrawn from challenge
Third Cycle:
- Static DD = Starting balance + $1
- Target = New starting balance + Target value
- Request payout
- Amount is withdrawn from challenge
Example with $25,000 challenge:
FIRST CYCLE:
- Starting balance: $25,000
- Target: +$1,250 → Balance at target: $26,250
- Request payout: $1,000
- New balance: $26,250 – $1,000 = $25,250
SECOND CYCLE:
- Starting balance: $25,250
- Static DD threshold: $25,001
- Target: $25,250 + $1,250 = $26,500
- Request payout: $1,000
- New balance: $26,500 – $1,000 = $25,500
THIRD CYCLE:
- Starting balance: $25,500
- Static DD threshold: $25,001
- Target: $25,500 + $1,250 = $26,750
- Request payout: $1,000
- New balance: $26,750 – $1,000 = $25,750
→ Transition to Live Account
What profit share am I entitled to?
You can request a payout once all requirements are met. The payout amount ranges from a minimum of $250 up to the maximum indicated in the account table, depending on the account type you’ve chosen.
Maximum Payout Per Cycle:
- $25,000 challenge: $1,000
- $50,000 challenge: $1,500
- $100,000 challenge: $2,000
- $150,000 challenge: $2,500
- $300,000 challenge: $4,000
During the Instant Demo phase, 90% of the requested amount will be paid. Once the Real phase Live phase begins, the profit share will be 80%.
Note: A 2% fee is deducted from the payout for withdrawal and transfer management costs.
What are the requirements for receiving the first payout?
To be eligible for your first payout, your challenge must:
- Meet all trading rules
- Reach the profit target (see the bullet point list below)
- Complete 10 trading days
- Maintain 20% consistency
Profit Targets:
- $25,000 challenge: $1,250
- $50,000 challenge: $2,500
- $100,000 challenge: $5,000
- $150,000 challenge: $7,500
- $300,000 challenge: $15,000
If your challenge is not consistent, continue trading until your best trading day represents less than 20% of the achieved balance. If you reach your profit target before 10 days, please continue trading as you would normally do. Flipping is not allowed.
Are there any additional costs to consider?
Starting from the month following the initial activation, you will need to pay for the data feed. The data feed is valid for one calendar month, from the 1st to the last day of the month. The cost structure is as follows:
- $90 per month for the CME, NYMEX, and COMEX data streams
- $30 additional for the Eurex data stream (upon request)
- $20 extra for Level 2 book access for all markets
How much does it cost to start using a funded challenge?
The cost of a funded challenge varies depending on the challenge type. Detailed pricing information:
Pricing (USD):
- $25,000 challenge: $285
- $50,000 challenge: $399
- $100,000 challenge: $599
- $150,000 challenge: $759

Why does my position show a single entry price different from my original entry points?
The Volumetrica platform calculates the average price of contracts for each position. As a result, the entry point displayed will always be the weighted average price of all contracts in the position rather than individual entry prices.
Why can't I download the platform for my activated funded challenge?
To download the platform from the dashboard and fully activate your challenge, you must first pay for the data feed. The platform license will only be issued and made available for download after the data feed is activated.
What should I do if my take profit didn’t trigger or if I want to request a position review?
If you have concerns about a take profit not triggering or want to request a review of a specific position, please follow these guidelines:
- Understanding Limit Order Execution: For a limit order to execute, a sufficient number of contracts must be traded at the given price level. Each limit order is placed in a queue.
- Requesting a Position Review: To request a review, please provide the following information:
- Timestamp of the operation and the moment you believe the price reached your target.
- Screenshot showing that the bid price touched the take profit (for a limit sell) or the ask price touched the take profit (for a limit buy).
- Refund Policy: Please note that any refunds related to operations are only possible during the evaluation phase.
- Example Scenario: In this example, only the ask price touched the limit sell, and an insignificant quantity of market buy orders was executed at that level. Consequently, the order was not filled, and the operation is not refundable.
- Additional Issues: This procedure also applies to cases of missing operations in the log or any other issues related to your orders.
Remember, understanding the market depth and order book dynamics is crucial for successful trading. If you have any doubts or questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team for clarification.
Where can I find guides for connecting to the data feed and your systems?
All video tutorials for connections and system usage are available in your private Savius area and on our Discord server in the following channel: #🎥-video-tutorial .
Which trading platforms are available?
Savius currently provides licenses for DeepChart and DeepDom by Volumetrica Trading, ATAS and Quantower.
Can I keep positions open overnight and over the weekend?
No, all positions must be closed by the end of U.S. market hours:
Close positions by: 15:55 U.S. Central Time
Resume trading at: 17:00 U.S. Central Time
Updated Rule (Effective October 7, 2025):
You must manually close all open positions before 15:55 U.S. Central Time.
Pending orders (limit orders and stop orders) left open will no longer trigger an overnight rule violation.
Warning: Open positions at the market close are strictly prohibited. Having open positions at 15:55 U.S. Central Time will result in automatic liquidation of positions and closure of the challenge.
Important note about pending orders: While pending orders will not cause an overnight rule violation, if a pending order is filled overnight and triggers a Max Drawdown or Daily Drawdown breach, your challenge will still fail with no exceptions or reimbursements. We strongly recommend closing all pending orders before market close to avoid this risk.
Why does violating the overnight rule result in challenge closure?
The challenge phase evaluates whether a trader is ready to manage a live account. When we determine that a trader has proven to have an edge on the market, they gain access to a live account with no consistency rule, no payout cap, news trading allowed. The only real limit is the available margin.
On a live account without protections, forgetting an open position during settlement can cause substantial losses. We require manual position closure during the challenge specifically to verify that traders have the discipline to operate under these conditions.
How does the Daily Max DD (Hard Breach) work?
The Daily Max DD is a hard breach calculated from your daily starting balance:
Example with $50k challenge:
- Daily starting balance: $50,000
- Daily Max DD: $800
- If your challenge drops to $49,200 or below during the day = challenge terminated
This resets each day at 16:15 CT based on your new starting balance.
Why is this a Hard Breach?
Short answer: We want you to set your own manual daily loss limit in your trading platform.
On a real funded account, your broker won’t set a daily loss for you. You have to do it yourself! If you can’t manage to keep that habit on a demo, you’re likely to liquidate real capital when it actually matters.
What this rule filters for: We’ve had traders in the past who gambled their way to real funding, then liquidated their real accounts in days due to poor risk management. This rule exists to prevent that pattern from repeating.
A note on edge cases: If you can demonstrate that you set a reasonable manual daily loss limit every session, journal your trades consistently, and a breach occurred due to an exceptional event (not carelessness), we may consider a second chance. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis through support tickets.
Bottom line: The daily loss threshold isn’t there to trap you. It’s there to see if you’ve developed the discipline to protect your own capital—because that’s exactly what you’ll need to do on a real account.
We advice you to set a manual daily loss in your platform that’s slightly lower than the challenge threshold (do not ask us how to do it, you must know how to use your platform of choice! or eventually ask the trading platform customer care). Account for potential slippage based on your typical contract size and instrument. If you want to use something server-side, instead of client side, you can consider using our risk management panel addon: https://discord.com/channels/988397434692567130/1250058100770340895/1301295538708156436
Can I copy the same trades on multiple challenges?
For this challenge product:
- Allowed to copy trades on up to 3 challenges owned by the same trader
- Similar trades in execution and timing detected between multiple traders may result in immediate account termination and denial of payouts.
We strongly recommend using exclusively the Volumetrica Web copier for trade copying. We are not responsible for any anomalies such as orders not transmitted or not cancelled when using other copiers.
Can I bring multiple challenges to Live after the third payout?
Scenario 1: If you copy trades across all challenges and bring all of them to payout, after the third payout, only ONE challenge will be converted to Live, and all other challenges will be disabled.
Scenario 2: If you have multiple challenges (2 to 3) and trade them separately, when one reaches 3 consecutive payouts, the challenge with the highest recorded gains will be moved to Live under the same conditions, and all other challenges will be disabled.
Are there types of trading that are prohibited?
Yes, the following trading styles and practices are prohibited:
- Grid trading;
- HFT (tick scalping)*;
- Arbitrage;
- Automatic third-party trading systems/bots and order management systems, different from the standard ones that are provided by our supported platforms;
- Flipping.
* We define the practice of HFT or tick scalping as a continuous trading style with less than 3 Ticks (2 Ticks is the Minimum) per positive position. Please note that the minimum tick amount for individual positions can still be less than 3 ticks and that this minimum tick amount is only for repeated and systematic use. A repeated and systematic use is defined as a series of three or more trades executed within a single day, with each trade lasting for a period of one second or less.
** “Flipping”, defined as opening and closing a position with the sole purpose of triggering a trading day, showing significant deviation from the trader’s demonstrated trading style (e.g. holding time, frequency, lot sizing). Challenges flagged for flipping are subject to review and potential termination..
Is copy trading from third-party sources allowed?
No, copy trading is not allowed from any other source, person, AI-based service or signal room. Our systems can detect copy trading, which will flag your challenge for suspension and manual review. When interviewed, traders must demonstrate to possess a self-directed trading strategy and show awareness of basic market dynamics.
Is hedging allowed?
No. Hedging between multiple challenges is strictly prohibited.
What counts as hedging?
Holding opposing positions (long/short) across different challenges on the same instrument or correlated instruments. Even partial time overlaps constitute a violation.
1. Same instrument across challenges (including different contract sizes):
- ❌ challenge A: Long MES → challenge B: Short MES
- ❌ challenge A: Long MES → challenge B: Short ES
2. Correlated instruments across challenges (e.g., metals):
- ❌ challenge A: Long GC/MGC → challenge B: Short SIL/Micro SIL
What IS allowed?
- ✅ Different uncorrelated instruments across challenges
- ✅ Multiple instruments on the same challenge (e.g., Long ES + Long GC)
Savius monitors all challenges linked to the same user account. Hedging violations may result in trade cancellation and/or payout denial.
You are fully responsible for all trades on your challenges, including those executed by automated systems or trade copiers. This rule applies to all challenge types: Evaluation, Sim Funded, and Live.
Is there a limit on the symbols and sizes that can be used?
For this product, maximum sizes are indicated in the purchase table and here https://savius.com/table-commissions/
Position limits vary by challenge size.
Important: Where specified (e.g., 10 Minis or 100 Micros), this is cumulative. If you open 10 Minis, you cannot add any other contracts, even Micros.
How does the Max Drawdown work?
The maximum drawdown (Max DD) is “TRAILING” and calculated based on the peak equity including unrealized trades:
Example:
- Initial balance: $50,000
- Max trailing drawdown: $2,000
- Failure threshold: $48,000
- If the balance rises to $51,000, the new failure threshold is $49,000
Note:
- Peak equity updates including unrealized P&L
- If you breach your max drawdown with an open trade, your challenge will be automatically terminated
What happens if I breach the consistency rule?
If consistency is broken, the trader must reach a new target shown in the Dashboard under “CONSISTENCY TARGET.”
If a trading day results in a profit greater than the threshold value determined by consistency, the new profit target is not just the excess amount by which consistency was broken.
The consistency target is calculated using the formula: “Daily profit / 0.20”, adding the resulting value to the challenge starting balance.
Example:
- challenge base: $200k
- Daily profit breaking consistency: +$10k
- 10k / 0.2 = 50,000
